M.，Detmold, Deutschland 2025 年 11 月 9 日 Die Wohnung hat im Allgemeinen einen guten, sauberen Zustand.Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen ist (eigentlich) traumhaft.Wir hatten leider das Pech, daß wir den Balkon von 8 bis 18 Uhr nicht nutzen konnten, da am Hafen von Cala Ratjada umfangreiche Bauarbeiten durchgeführt werden.Leider wurden wir darüber vorher nicht informiert.Die „gute“ Wohnlage über diversen Restaurants beinhaltet leider auch schwallweise Küchengerüche in der Wohnung, sowie nächtliche Mülltransporte u.a. Altglas.Dieser Urlaub war leider nicht erholsam und wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen. ##### M. Die Ausstattung ist super, es fehlte an nichts. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch super! Alles im Vorfeld sehr gut vorbereitet und regelmäßige Nachfragen, ob alles ok wäre. Besser geht nicht! Parkplätze öffentlich an Strasse hinter dem Haus, die allerdings oft besetzt waren. Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen, und wenn man zu dem schönen Strand Mesquida möchte, ist man mit dem Bus in einer Viertelstunde dort. Natürlich ist es Ende Juni/ Anfang Juli sehr voll in Cala Ratjada, aber das weiß man ja vorher. Der Vermieter Jaime ist sehr aufmerksam und kümmert sich vorbildlich. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal in diesem schönen Appartement. Dir Lage ist top, direkt am Hafen. Man kann direkt aufs Meer schauen vom Balkon. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Ich habe von dort aus gearbeitet. Die Internetverbindung war sehr gut.
