Welcome to our charming updated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in a restored Victorian home in the heart of town on Washington street. New furnishings in 2026! Comfortably sleeps 6 adults with a queen in primary suite and ensuite bathroom, 2 full beds in second bedroom (hall bath adjacent) and a queen sleeper sofa in living room that has a powder room. Park your cars (2 spaces included) and walk to just about everything in Cape May.

Located on a beautiful tree lined street steps to the famous Washington street mall (charming shops, restaurants and bars) and 5 blocks, less than a 10 minute walk, to the world class beaches of Cape May. We're also right down the street from the Acme grocery store.

This is a first floor unit however all entrances have a small flight of stairs.

During peak season (Memorial Day- Labor Day), enjoy free beach access (tags provided) and access to our Beach Box located at Jefferson street equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas for your convenience.

Guests bring own bed linens, bath towels, kitchen linens and beach towels. Rates include cleaning. Message us with any questions!

This is a lovely, welcoming home. Large enough to accommodate two couples, but small enough to feel homey and comfortable. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Everything you could need to cook a fun dinner was available. Paper products supplied. The airconditioning kept us comfortably cool in every room.. Two and half bathrooms was amazing. Meg is a wonderful host, quickly responsive. We didn't use the beach chairs and umbrella available in the beach box, but had detailed instructions about how to obtain them. Check in was the easiest we have EVER had in any VRBO. We loved everything about this condo and plan to book again for Fall 2026l

Perfectly cozy & great location

Spent a quick weekend getaway with good friends. Easy walk to Washington Mall shops & dining, several blocks from the beach. We didn't have to drive at all. The location is perfect for adults. The property itself is absolutely beautiful & we really enjoyed evenings in the enclosed porch. The beds were very comfortable & everything we needed was supplied. The host was easy to reach for check in. We plan to return!

We had such a blast having a girls weekend away! The house was beautiful and comfortable and we were so happy to be staying there. Extremely affordable and close to basically everything, perfect to walk anywhere! Would 100% stay again, and plan to!!

Annual Butterfly visit

Very well located Victorian condo, an easy walk to everything with off-street parking included. Apartment is cute, well stocked with amenities, nice kitchen. This was my 4th Fall visit to this location, always lovely.

Perfect Location

We have always wanted to visit Cape May at Christmas. We had a very comfortable stay in this condo. A block and a half from downtown shopping, bars and restaurants couldn’t be beat. Park your car and forget it! There is plenty of room in the condo. Beds and furniture are comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Christmas in Cape May

This little condo was in the Perfect location. Town is a short walk! Great for two people. The horse and carriages go by, which was really fun to see and hear. The condo was decorated in Christmas decorations, which was such a nice touch. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property! It was spacious, well appointed, and beautifully decorated. The location was walking distance to all of destinations we visited in Cape May - we loved being so close to Washington Street Mall!

Beautiful Apartment

My mother and I took the ferry over to Cape May for a few days and had a lovely time. The town is charming, as is this home. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of room, and the living area and Florida porch made the rainy day inside more enjoyable. Meg was great with communication and very helpful. Highly recommend!

This unit is perfect for what we need for our annual family vacation to Cape May. Location is great for beach, Acme, mall, restaurants. Off-street parking for 2 is always a plus. Just big enough to find some space for us all. Meg is super responsive for anything you might need. Looking forward to booking again next year.

Girls Weekend

We had a great stay in Cape May!! House was cute and cozy!! Beds were sooo comfortable too!! The beach chairs provided in the lockers on the beach were an added bonus!! So close to the shopping district. A short stroll from the house. Things to note: Bring toilet paper. There was very little there. You will be staying in the back of the house. No front, or outside porch. Meg was very easy to reach and answered all of our questions quickly. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Great house, exactly as described.

This beach property was perfect for my husband and our three kids (ages 6,4, and 2). With young kiddos, about a 12-15 minute walk to the beach which was exactly as expected. We LOVED the ability to walk into town or to the local Acme anytime we wanted. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with anything you might need. Minor internet connectivity issue in one of the bedrooms that the owner fixed immediately. I even left a few belongings behind which she quickly shipped to my home. 10/10 would rent again.

Fall in Cape May

The lock to get in was difficult to work. I knew I rented a condo with 2 bedrooms and I rented them months ahead. I then kept seeing 4 bedrooms in the pictures. It turned out to be 2 bedrooms, them in original decor them again in new decor. It was very confusing. Minus the blips, the place was great. It was on a quiet street, it was cute inside, it had everything you needed.

Great mini getaway

I'm so glad we chose this property over a motel/hotel. We had a great 2 night stay and were lucky that the two nights we needed were available. This property is really cute and is in excellent proximity to the Washington Street Mall. It is also a short walk to the beach, although we did not use the beach amenities because our reason for being there was to ride our bikes. Communication with the owner was excellent. Parking behind the property was great. We did not change any settings on the heat/AC and it was perfect. My hubs and I stayed in the room with the queen bed and bathroom. The windows are high, but the curtains are pretty sheer. I woke up fairly early both days as the daylight popped through, which is not an issue for me. I would definitely stay at this property again and would love to plan a future off season visit. We drove to Wildwood one day. Don't forget your EZ pass (like we did) because using the garden state parkway is the quickest route. I was so impressed with the Wildwood Boardwalk. Finally visited the Cape May brewery. All in all a great stay so we could be in the same house with our friends.
