“Our first trip to Sardinia and we spent a few days in Baja then drove to Maladroxia for a 4 night stay here. By far our favorite part of the entire 3 week trip to Italy. If you are searching out of the way spots like Maladroxia then you are probably looking for a very relaxing vacation oppurtunity and this home will do all that for you. The pool is yours. The upstairs is yours. 3 bedrooms, all have A/C. The upper terrace in the photos is yours and includes morning sunrises and the outdoor……

“Abbiamo trovato la casa esattamente come descritta e apprezzato la pulizia. Posto tranquillo, riservato e confortevole. Il Signor Saiu si è mostrato gentilmente disponibile per ogni nostra possibile necessitå, ma non è stato necessario perche tutto era perfetto e vicino al rustico sono presenti vari servizi di prima necessità. Senz'altro da consigliare per una vacanza rilassante immersi nella natura. A.C.”

“Siamo stati ospitati ad agosto in questa struttura meravigliosa, in un contesto di mini villaggio con le altre case vicine, con cui abbiamo avuto la fortuna di condividere la stupenda piscina messa a disposizione! La casa era pulitissima in tutte le sue parti, stoviglie comprese!! È vicino a tutte le comodità di Sant’Anna Arresi e alle meravigliose spiagge di porto Pino. Ringraziamo di cuore la signora Michela che ci ha accolto ed è stata sempre disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. Un’esperienza……

“Das Haus und Garten sind wie beschrieben und wunderbar. Wir - 3 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager - haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Strände sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar (5 Minuten und ca. gute 10 Minuten) und toll zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Am unteren Sandstrand gibt es eine Strandbar mit leckerem Essen und Drinks und Kaffee. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal!”

“Ein absoluter Traumurlaub! Wir durften ein paar wundervolle Tage in dieser einzigartigen Ferienwohnung verbringen und sind rundum begeistert! Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft – das Haus liegt absolut ruhig und abgeschieden inmitten wunderschöner Natur. Perfekt zum Abschalten und Entspannen! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einem prall gefüllten Kühlschrank überrascht – Wasser, Bier, Eistee, frisches Obst und Gemüse, kleine süße Leckereien … einfach alles, was man für einen gelungenen……

“Alles wunderbar; schöner Ausblick; kurzer Abstieg zu einer kleinen aber feinen Badebucht; Im Haus alles vorhanden was man braucht; Ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen hat aber seinen Charme und ist gut gepflegt; in der vorsaison sehr ruhig gelegen; kommunikation mit vermieterin völlig unkompliziert; für ruhesuchende sehr zu empfehlen”

“Posizione strategica per visitare le spiagge della costa del sud, da Pula fino a Sant'Antioco (questi sono gli obiettivi raggiunti con la mia famiglia), la casa è una bifamiliare dotata di tutti i confort e anche di più, si dorme benissimo in quanto non ci sono i rumori della città, possibilità di mangiare su bella terrazza all'aperto, due camere con due bagni, volendo potrebbero starci anche più di 4 persone. Nulla di negativo (se non la strada per arrivare che è un po' in salita e sterrata e……
