Car Rental Bunkyo

There's lots on offer in Bunkyo, but head farther afield and you'll find even more magic. Rent a set of wheels and you can meander around the surrounding region at your own pace. Add these awesome drives to your to-do list:

• Head to Ito for a fun-filled sightseeing adventure. Roughly 65 miles from Bunkyo, it has tons of cool sights, including Izu Oceanic Park.
• Why not check out everything on offer in Nagano too? Popular tourist attractions here include Nagano Olympic Stadium. Nagano is 110 miles from Bunkyo.
• Visit Shirotori Garden to feel grounded in nature. Pack a picnic to enjoy or just relax in the fresh air. From Bunkyo, it's approximately 170 miles away.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in Japan, then you'll likely need to apply for an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your home country to be allowed to rent a car. Please also consider that if you do need an IDP, it has no validity on its own. You'll need to show your current license your passport and other forms of documentation as well. Lastly, it's important that the credit card you used to book the rental matches the name on your driver's license and passport. Some other things to note for international car rentals are:

• Age restrictions: You'll need to be at least 25 in most places to rent a car. If you're younger, it might still be possible to rent a car but you'll have to pay a Young Driver's Surcharge. Additional restrictions may also apply to what kinds of cars you can rent.
