Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”

“Spectacular place to stay. Sergio was very accommodating…met us upon arrival to give us a little history of the building, made sure we had everything we needed and went on his way. “Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Heizung und eine Klimaanlage und alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Sogar einige Lebensmittel wie z.B. Olivenöl oder Gewürze waren schon vorhanden. Der Garten ist sehr groß und das Auto kann sicher geparkt werden. Das Bad ist geräumig, mit Waschmaschine und großer Dusche. Wir waren mit unserem vier Monate alten Baby dort und hatten ein Beistellbett im Schlafzimmer. Es war ein sehr angenehmer und entspannter Aufenthalt. ”

“This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. “With my adult kids we spent 3 days and two nights at Giuseppes house. Its tricky to find but worth it. Great views from the patio and some of the windows to the lake. Nice pizzeria near by as well as a cute cafe for coffees, pastry and gelato. We had a great time amd Giuseppe was a great host and very communicative and responsive. The lake was beautiful. ”

"We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3\. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice ."
