"The cabinas are wonderful, Vanessa did everything she could to make our stay perfect. She knew the surf spots, she got our clothes cleaned, she was always in the office for anything we needed. "This place is nice enough to make for a pretty pleasant stay. Some things could be improved a bit, as seems to be typical for many rentals in CR, but overall its fine for a short stay. A lot of people could stay here and have relative privacy while being close to the others folks in the party. The location is great, walk to the beach in one minute and the store in 2 minutes. It's quiet and there were howler monkeys in the trees overhead. We would gladly stay here again."

"A person really couldn't ask for more, in a pricey area. Local business owners have driven the prices far too high for this area. Beach Cabinas offers a simple stay, next to good waves. This used to be a paradise. However, outsiders have changed Santa Teresa into an unneeded posh and snobby place. They've successfully alienated the local Ticos and hire cheap workers from Argentina and Nicaragua. I've seen this place change over the last 20 years. Really sad!
