“Loved the food options. 2 different pools, one with a lot of activities and one more quiet. The staff was outstanding. Big shout out to Gina, our server in the Cafe and Alba our hostess. Drivers Heiner and Nelson made our transportation around the resort personable and enjoyable. We were treated as friends rather than guests. The head concierge Josue was attentive to our every need and the ultimate professional. ”

“Es el paraíso, pura tranquilidad y descanso, me cambié a otro Tabacón para conocer y simplemente no tiene comparación, en Volcano es 100 pc naturaleza, vista al volcán hermosa, tu terma si la pagas vale la pena y su terraza, descansas como bebé . ”

“非常棒的酒店，环境一流、服务一流，尤其是餐厅的饭非常好吃。我们之前在La Fortuna另一家非常高档的酒店呆了几天，但是饭不怎么好，没法与这里比。建议去亚洲餐厅试一下，我们喜欢Wok，但注意他的炒米饭油太大，我们第二顿要求少放油结果很好。早上免费瑜伽也很好。住在这里也有温泉的tour，好像比直接住温泉酒店便宜。服务员都是帅哥靓妹。”

“Hot spring river is amazing”

“This place was the perfect way to end our honeymoon trip to Costa Rica. Loved how eco conscious this hotel was. It was a beautiful, quiet stay tucked away in the jungle with close access to the beach. The monkeys paid us a visit on the patio and we heard them around the hotel, which was a pretty cool experience! The pool is very nice and clean and was a great way to cool off after the beach and our excursions. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they offer a lot of fun excursions and……
