“I really want to give it a higher rating because the staff is nice and accomodating, but the property had issues at our stay, that I am not sure is resolved, so be sure to call the property to ask. They speak english-big plus. Apt is nice and spacious. There are mini split AC in the unit. However- The AC is tied to some floored installed heating and cooling that made the tile floors “sweat” in the evening. “Minha estadia foi razoável, ponto alto é a localização, pois fica perto da estação de metrô e fica próximo à Duomo (20 minutos a pé). Ponto negativo box do banheiro vaza água no chão, pia estava quebrada e limpeza fraca. Pelo preço, vale o custo benefício. ”
