The villa location is the perfect combination for those who loves the sea and also make day trips to some of most beautiful cities of Apulia, like Ostuni, Alberobello, and the whole Valley d’Itria. The villa as over 5000 square meters of private garden fully immersed in century olive trees which are all around the property; there is a private swimming pool of 10x4 mt. depth 1.50 equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for shade, its position offers to guest a wonderful sea view. There are several equipped areas with garden furniture where to relax and enjoy a glass of wine, next to the building there is a covered stone patio equipped with table and chairs for al fresco meals also thanks to the stone BBQ at the guests disposal. \===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== Villa Riva covers a total of 250 square meters divided into two units, the modern part consist in a lounge room with sofas, dining table at TV, equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. The second unit is an antique Saracen Trullo, finely restored by the owner and features a second equipped kitchen, dining room that offers a sea view, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The villa has all amenities needed, air conditioning works also for heat; internet wifi, Barbeque, private parking.
