The villa as over 5000 square meters of private garden fully immersed in century olive trees which are all around the property; there is a private swimming pool of 10x4 mt. depth 1.50 equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for shade, its position offers to guest a wonderful sea view.
There are several equipped areas with garden furniture where to relax and enjoy a glass of wine, next to the building there is a covered stone patio equipped with table and chairs for al fresco meals also thanks to the stone BBQ at the guests disposal.

Villa Riva covers a total of 250 square meters divided into two units, the modern part consist in a lounge room with sofas, dining table at TV, equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. The second unit is an antique Saracen Trullo, finely restored by the owner and features a second equipped kitchen, dining room that offers a sea view, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The villa has all amenities needed, air conditioning works also for heat; internet wifi, Barbeque, private parking.

The villa is about 2 km form the town of Carovigno which offers all services needed, the coast is only 1.5 km away, The WWF natural reserve of Torre Guaceto with its beaches is 8 km away;The white city of Ostuni is 10 km, the Trullo’s town of Alberobello is 35 km away; the gulf club of Fasano is 20 km away; Brindisi (airport) 20 km; Lecce (airport) 80 km; Bari (Airport) 100 km

Rental Rules:
A 40% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Check-in: from 3pm to 8pm; Checkout: 10am
There will be an extra fee to be paid in case of late arrival between 20:00 to 22:00 Euro 50.00 and from 22:00 to 24:00 Euro 80.00, it is not admitted arrival after 24:00.

Security deposit (Refundable): Euro 500.00; easy rent policy with ceiling from 1500 to 5000

Final Cleaning Euro 250,00 cash at the arrival
