"The third stay at this hotel and it was awesome. The location is great and it’s very close to the palace. The design of the hotel is unique replicating a palace. Very clean rooms and wonderful spa amenities. We took a dip in the outdoor pool after a long drive. Food in the restaurant is extremely good. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of options. "In the heart of historic Naples, in a narrow alleyway close to stall after stall of foods, trinkets, shopping...nice staff, large room...only issue was it was 100 degrees outside and AC was not working but they did fix it, took a couple of hours."

"The hotel is in a nice location, serves a delicious breakfast, and the staff are wonderful. Having stayed here 10 years ago, I did notice the property could use a bit of updating particularly in the bathroom. On the bright side, the shower pressure was amazing! However, the shower tap was a bit wonky, and the glass door didn't seal properly, making it nearly impossible to shower without flooding the floor. Additionally, the basin tap couldn't be turned on fully because it hit the mirror above it. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. The only tweak I'd suggest is the playlist: full-on rave/disco music is a bit intense for 7:00 AM, a calmer vibe would suit the morning much better!"

"Lovely apartment. Air conditioned which is needed in Naples. Also has washing machine which is very helpful. The only problem is there is no lift but they did say that on their description. It is quite challenging if you walk around all day then having to climb up."
