“De kamer was prima. Het hotel ligt vlakbij de snelweg AP-7 en dat geluid dringt wel door in de hotelkamer! De eigenaren serveerden ons een heerlijk ontbijt! ”

“I was so happy after our long flight from Hong Kong. We were able to stay in a beautiful hotel during our trip. We don't often have the opportunity to see these gorgeous views and experience the unique atmosphere in HK. My family and I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. It was an amazing experience. We were able to enjoy the 24-hour minibar, which made us very happy. I am really looking forward to coming back again someday.”

“Very goos atmosphere to stay here, although the room isn't feel like old castle, but the bar and restaurant do have the middle age feeling. The view from hotel is awesome, changing everymornig, u can see sunrise and sunset here. If u come by bus, it will be a little bit hard to climb up to the hotel with big luggage(no taxi there). Staffs in the hotel are very nice and all can speak english too.”

“エアコンがうるさいので音に敏感な人は寝れないかなって思った。真夏の宿泊には向いてないかも。私は真冬に宿泊したけどエアコン切ってても寒くなかったので、エアコン無しで過ごしてました。寝るときはエアコン無しでちょうどいいもしくはちょっと暑い。乾燥は強め。春秋冬の宿泊は問題なさそうです。 宿泊客自体は少ないので隣の部屋の騒音とかそういうのは気にならなかったです。 アメニティはタオル、ハンドソープ、ボディソープと必要最低限。足りないものがあったら近くのスーパー行けばそろうので問題なさそうです。 ホテルスタッフもほどよくフレンドリーで丁寧な接客でした。水回りは髪の毛が数本あったけど、まあ海外だから仕方ないかなってイメージ。”

“Highly recommend staying here. The breakfast is outstanding, possibly the best we have ever had anywhere. The owners are lovely, interesting and knowledgeable. The area is incredible for cycling and the owners can point you to the best rental facilities around. There is an evening picnic option which is delicious - warm fresh bread, can add cheese, meats, wines/cava and Martha made us delicious salads. Lovely option after a long day of cycling. Would rebook in an instant!”

“Ich hatte zwar nicht den Bergblick, den habe ich mir real bei den Wanderungen geholt. Ansonsten alles super, ich bin rundherum zufrieden. Frühstück ausreichend, Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ja und wie man in den Wald hineinschallt so schallt es auch heraus. Ich gebe einen Stern mehr....”

I also got upgraded and my room was outstanding, spacious, comfortable and clean. I would not hesitate in recommending this fantastic hotel and I will definitely be staying here again! “Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night. The room has probably not been updated since the building was constructed so the bright blue bathroom suite with missing plugs was like something from the 1970s. On the positive side, public areas are clean and up-to-date and the staff are pleasant. The amount charged……
