In the largest marina in Europe, on the edge of a huge sandy beach, this charming studio is modern and fully equipped. It consists of a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen area, a balcony with a view of Rosas bay and the beach, a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Air conditioning, TV with international channels.
This studio is close to all shops by the sea, bar / restaurant / bakery located at the foot of the building, downtown around 200 meters with its ready-to-wear stores, its various restaurants and ice-cream shops, and nightclub. Every Saturday morning its huge market which stretches for hundreds of meters along the beach.

Empuriabrava is famous for being the largest marina in Europe with its 23 km of canals. the city has many interesting sites that are worth seeing, no car necessary because most of the amenities are nearby.
The region is full of possibilities for tourist or cultural activities, including the Dali museum at 20km or Cadaques, the Catalan Saint-Tropez at 15 km.

Great longterm stay
I stayed 4 months during an internship in the area. Renaud was always very responsive during the booking process but also during the stay.The apartment is very clean and modern. Everything is available as described on the website.

muy mal nada recomendable
Para empezar nada mas llegar tuvimos que limpiar todo el apartamento, lleno de orin pelos por todos lados, hongos, sin sabanas ni toallas, comida de otros inquilinos, la escobilla del bater llena de mie.. con un olor horrible, la tv solo en frances, todo con fuerte olor a humedad. En resumen muy muy mal mejor que no entre nadie y les pase como a nosotros muy asqueroso todo! Y para terminar la persona que nos tenia que atender para la salida no dio la cara, puso de escusa el cambio horario y que se havia dormido. Seguro que era pq ya sabia lo que habia..

Nos fuimos de escapada de tres días mi mujer y yo. El apartamento es muy bonito y coqueto, los detalles muy cuidados. Cómodo y confortable. Dispone de todas las comodidades. El propietario es muy atento y simpático. La ubicación privilegiada en primera línea de playa. El entorno hermoso. Como puntp de partida para visitar otros lugares de la provincia ideal. Le studio est bien aménagé..près du centre ville et la plage en face . Parcontre difficile de trouver une place de parking devant l'immeuble. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Il faudrait afficher dans le studio les procédures de fonctionnement pour la climatisation etc... où que l'agence nous donne les consignes.

Het verblijf was goed. Een pit op de kookplaat doet het niet en de airco stopte soms, maar verder was alles goed. Mail gekregen dat het betaald parkeren is en ergens een parkeerkaart moet halen, maar dit is niet meer het geval. Overal rondom de studio kun je gratis parkeren.

Très beau séjour à Empuriabrava. Proche de la plage, balade le long de la Munga et decouverte de la côte et des environs, (Rose, Figueres,Cadaquès, la Scala...) Possibilité de prendre bus ou taxi, pratique car les places de stationnement sont rares. Logement très bien et clim très appréciable avec la canicule

Onjuiste presentatie van appartement
Het appartement is alleen geschikt voor 2 personen als stel in 1 bed, Voor 4 personen echt te kleine ruimte om elke dag bed in en uit te vouwen. Heel jammer dat er geen gebruiksaanwijzingen waren van de apparatuur. Tevens is de inductie kookplaat te gebruiken op 2 kookunits, 1 van de 3 was kapot, oven heeft ook mankement daar de temperatuur niet voldoende weergeeft. Voor 4 personen onvoldoende bergruimte. Wellicht in de zomer maar niet in de herfst. Onder t bed is een bergruimte maar niet meteen “ontdekt” daar er geen beschrijving is….. In het algemeen behoort er een soort logboek te liggen over t gebruik van het appartement. Tevens in de beschrijving dat er geen zon op t balkon is. Bij binnenkomst rook t in de gang en badkamer naar urine…. Gemeld bij de eigenaar maar niets gemerkt dat er actie is op ondernomen. Voor ons een goede uitvalsbasis om in de regio cultuur te snuiven maar niets meer Resumé; geschikt, klein voor een stel, maar niet voor 4 personen of 2 die elke dag een bed moeten in en uitvouwen

Déception sur la qualité de la prestation : ne vaut pas le prix obligatoire
Les plus : appartement bien situé par rapport à la plage et au centre ville, immeuble bien entretenu Les moins : appartement pas propre, matelas sans protection donc très sale, couette et oreillers posés en vrac dans le coffre du lit avec outils, peintures et autres objets, 2 oreillers très sales sans protection, 2 oreillers déchirés et donc le garnissage en boules de coton sort. Après avoir informé l’agence, elle nous a simplement dit que la femme de ménage était passée… et nous a donné une protection de matelas en vrac (nous ne savons pas si elle était propre) et une protection de polochon au lieu d’oreiller ! La salle de bain : le fond de la douche est soit tout abimé soit plein de matières noires collées ? l’eau ne s’évacue pas et on prend sa douche dans une espèce de bain de pied très désagréable. Le balcon est très petit (2 personnes grand maximum) alors que ce studio peut être loué pour 4 personnes ! et très sale : toiles d’araignées ou autres qui pendent du plafond, tout le matériel pour nettoyer qui se trouve de chaque côté : pelle, seau, balai, aspirateur, et qui prend beaucoup de place et n’est pas très agréable : on a l’impression d’être dans un débarras. La table et les chaises tressées sont plutôt en moyen état. Sur la table il devait y avoir une vitre et maintenant plus rien, ce qui fait qu’on peut trouver ce que les précédents locataires ont mangé et que c’est impossible à nettoyer. La cuisine : ça peut aller bien que les poêles aient le revêtement anti-adhésif gratté par endroit, un faitout avec le couvercle sale. La pièce : dans l’ensemble pas propre principalement le peu de rangement étagère qui ne sont pas propres, la caisse sous les cintres qui est sale. Les murs surtout dans l’entrée sont plein de traces noires. Pas de mode d’emploi pour les volets roulants que l’on n’a jamais réussi à fermer indépendamment l’un de l’autre, pour la TV et principalement pas d’indication pour dire que la fibre était débranchée du boîtier !! La TV n’est ni en face du canapé ni en face du lit… pas très fonctionnel. Porte d’entrée, on ne peut pas s’enfermer à clé quand on est à l’intérieur. Il y a juste une clé pour entrer dans l’appartement mais pas de tour de clé à donner.

Appartement bien situé, Il y a beaucoup de belles balades à faire aux alentours Par contre l'appartement était d'une saleté incroyable, des boules de cheveux dans le meuble et un peu partout dans l'appartement. La douche remplie de sable (et d'autres saleté), ça bouchait l'évacuation de l'eau. Les draps et couvertures disponibles ne sont pas lavées et ça se voit... bon séjour si on ferme les yeux sur la propreté et l'hygiène en général.

Pequeño pero súper funcional
Arnaud (propietario) lo pone todo muy fácil y accesible, igual que Mercè (gestora) muy ágil en su trabajo. Es un apartamento pequeño pero súper funcional, incluso con bebé. Para estancias cortas es ideal, buena comunicación y ubicación. Lástima que con el covid había algunos restaurantes y servicios de la zona cerrados.
