We booked this hotel for a concert a bit off a walk from the station but easier for what we were doing later on . The hotel was spotless staff really friendly . Had everything we needed and all the little touches were great . Would definitely book again

Very convenient and good value hotel with easy parking, informal vibe, v. friendly staff, cosy room, looks like the hotel is being updated but beds were super comfy, room was clean, and we appreciated that the windows could be opened properly. Also we were able to collect our room key in the morning and head off to Edinburgh for the Fringe without worrying about being back in time for check in. Would happily stay here again!
