"My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this home. The property was absolutely gorgeous, provided everything we needed .. near by beaches and restaurants, stores, towns.. and very close to our favorite and most gorgeous town , Cefalu ! Natale , the property care taker , was the nicest, most helpful person. He even surprised us several times, with pizza and Pastries! Was there for any questions we had . The pool and the view was a highlight . The villas, are comfortable, clean and had everything we needed . Ours children had the best time on the property, between swimming, exploring and even golfing on the putts behind the houses. I give this vacation a 10/10 !"

"We are a family of 10, including 4 children from age 6 - 12. This property was absolutely ideal for our group. The swimming pool was extraordinary!! It is huge and Selim keeps it spotless! The kids would have just stayed in the pool for the entire trip had we let them. It is also across the street from the beach, which was another huge attraction. The gardens are also lush and beautifully tended. This is a property where the guests are encouraged to live outside. There is one main building with a kitchen/common area and 2 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and another outer building with 2 entrances, each leading to 2 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom). Then there is a huge covered living area on all 3 sides of the main building. There is also an outdoor kitchen where the owners prefer their guests to cook. (bring insect repellent because mosquitoes like that outdoor kitchen area!) We were met by one of the owners who gave us a bit of a tour of the property. Our Italian is very limited so a lot of the communication was through sign language. But Selim, the Bangladeshi caretaker of the property does speak English and we were able to communicate through him. One day, one of the owners brought ice cream for the children. Such a lovely gesture. We were there at the end of July and it was very very hot. There were also some wildfires in the area and the combination of heat and fires meant that the electricity was not stable - but Selim did his best for us. A great stay!"

"Paolo ist ein hervorragender Vermieter, der uns sehr viele Tipps für die Gegend gegeben hat. Bei Fragen hat er schnell per WhatsApp geantwortet. Die Villa ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Wir konnten direkt nach Ankunft einchecken, da Paolo uns einen Schlüssel hingelegt hatte.Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und hatte genügend Geschirr. Die Terrasse mit den gemütlichen Lounge Möbeln lädt dazu ein, dort den Nachmittag im kühlen Schatten zu verbringen."
