"The house is in a great location, just 10 minutes by car from Walmart and 45 minutes from Sandbanks National Park. My family and friends spent 5 wonderful days here, enjoying all the comforts. The host was quick to respond to any questions and very kind. I highly recommend this property."

"Very spacious. Lots of room for six adults and three children. The fenced back yard was great as we had a toddler with us. We even saw a pair of swans with their young passing by on the river. Groceries were available close by if we needed anything. We all agreed we had a great time. Would recommend it for families."

"We enjoyed our stay in Cabin 1. It is the first cabin located right next to the beach and fire pit. There is a private dock which was great for fishing and the water was clean. Ron the property manager was helpful whenever we had questions and he was up early in the morning to clean the water of weeds and rake the beach. We we first arrived, the cleaner was just finishing up as they had a group leave earlier that morning. Overall the place was very clean, though the towels were not the best...

"Beautiful accommodations that included bedding, utensils, towels and cooking supplies. The house itself is beautiful. The beach is private for the 5 rentals on the river however its very small. There is a communal firepit for all the rentals to use. The rental properties are closer than expected to eachother but overall great experience."
