### Studio in a quiet location with Internet

The studio is located in an apartment building constructed in 2005, was renovated in 2021, and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated on the edge of the town. The residence is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.  
  
**Location**  
Zalakaros. The studio is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.  
  
**Special**  
Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via cable. Channels in different languages. German, English, French..  
For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.
