“Breakfast was not good. Go somewhere else, and buy breakfast. A/C cooled down room about 2AM. The carpet in the room was gross. The pillow were bricks or someone left Gocrete out in the rain, then let dry, put a pillow case on them and threw them on the bed. Again the pillows were rocks. No chair for the desk. Refrigerator was old and gross. Did not check the microwave. Shower did have water pressure. ”

“The facility was totally misrepresented in Expedia. Based on the descriptions and photos and the 9.2 rating, we booked 7 nights in a “premier” room. The room we were given did not look even remotely like the photos. The “shower” was a cloth wrap around a free standing tub—away from walls with no grab bars, no place for soap/shampoo. The bathroom was a step down from the bedroom. My wife stumbled to her knees when she got up to use the bathroom at night because she missed the step in the dark.……
