Facility is in major need of renovations and updates. Linen had cigarette burns and stains. Bathroom lighting was horrible. Basic housekeeping was not performed during out stay we were left with the same bathroom linen all weekend. There were visible holes and cracked fixed and others like in the shower wall that were not repaired. Due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom there was mold building up in the shower handle. The staff was not very friendly, but polite despite only addressing males. The breakfast provided was a box of individually wrapped pastries and no accommodations for someone with food allergies their solution was bring your own. We were very disappointed in the facility and the conditions as the pictures and information are very misleading.

It’s alright

It was very old and needs some updating. It wasn’t all that clean. Breakfast was coffee, tea and danish. No juice no muffins I was a little disappointed in breakfast. The owner was extremely helpful and sweet.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I want a refund. I did not even end up staying here… it was DISGUSTING. mold in the bathroom. Dirty looks like it was never cleaned in months. Stains on the sheets and no air conditioning in 90 degree heat. I would take this hotel off your site …

L'hôtel est près des activités que nous voulions faire. Malheureusement, la chambre est poussiéreuse. Mauvaise odeur .Tapis et appareil de climatisationsales. Salle de bain mal nettoyer et rideau de douche avait des taches de moisissures. J'ai dû prendre un Réactine pour calmer les démangeaisons allergiques. C'est dommage, ce lieu a du potentiel. Il suffirait de mettre un gros effort sur le ménage.

The owner/staff were very nice, however, I was grossed out by how dirty everything was. The sheets were stained as if someone had eaten pizza in bed. The walls had stains that I couldn't begin to identify. I'm glad I brought my own bedding. I stayed because it was better than camping on the ground.

Male owner should not be helping guests..

The owner (man) was very rude and unpersonable. I had a problem with my reservation (my mistake) and he was unwilling to work with me for a resolution. He was very rude. Other owner (His wife) stepped in and helped to resolve our issue. She was very nice and very accommodating. The room was quite outdated but overall clean. The door where the lock assembly and latch were was broken. When I pointed out it to the man he argued with me. I pointed out out to the woman and she thanked me for making her aware. We realized once we were settled in that the door itself was cracked and off-center causing it to be very difficult to open. The man blamed it on wood swelling. I would add photos but the app is not cooperating.

Cheap place so you get what you pay for. We stayed 1 night so it was good for what we needed. Bathroom had hair on sink floor and shower area in many place and didnt appear to have been cleaned in a long time. Bedroom however was clean and sheets appeared to be clean as well. Room smell was ok and didnt smell like amoke which is a plus but didnt smell as fresh as a more expensive hotel which again is obvious and as expected based on this being the cheapest place in the area at the time I booked. Since it was the cheapest the price was great and since we didnt need to use the room except for sleeping ( didnt stay in it during the day at all) it was fine for us.

Stay away from this place! Stinky, dirty old buildings, never renovated with a doc tape around the doors, old used towels and stains on the pillow cases. Bathroom very old and disgusting!!! We didn’t stay there, just open the door and close! We asked the owner for different room or refund but we didn’t get any! There was another couple who did not stay too because conditions of the property. We are staying in Cape Cod motels every summer for many years, but this time we can’t, have to go back home…

The worst, and filthiest room you can ever imagine with mold smell. The sheets are clearly not cleaned at all with hairs and stains. The floor is dusty.
