Property condition was OK Staff was OK But it definitely was not worth $400 per night There is other options available that are closer to all the action for half the price It’s just a regular hotel for the price o the resort, nothing special Do your research

Our rooms were very clean and updated however we were disappointed to see that the pool was drained and the fire pit was covered during our week long stay. We were disappointed that both of these were out of service considering we were here in May and the weather was beautiful the entire week.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable on the area. The recently remodeled property was a seaside treasure with beautiful spotless rooms and absolutely comfy beds and linens that didn’t have me missing my sterns and foster pillow top bed at all. It also looked like all the rooms have a balcony with a place to sit and enjoy the breeze, sun and evening stars. You’ll hear the ferry’s horn at times which I loved! The property is a stone throw from the ferry and Tugboats marina/ restaurant. It’s a nice place with some outside dining to catch the sunsets.Their lobster Mac and cheese was so good. We also highly recommend Alberto’s restaurant on Main Street!!! You will NEVER have better fresh Authentic Italian food and The desserts are better than any gourmet dessert bakery shop. Excellent service as well! Thank you Expedia for the great deal and for the incredible memories made on our first stay at the Cape!!!!!!!

I don’t write reviews but I’m inclined to share our amazing experience at this property. My fiancé and I stayed here for 3 nights. What a gem!! Excellent waterfront hotel in an excellent location; located in Hyannis, the 'Homeport of Cape Cod', “It’s definitely the oasis you've been searching for”. It’s extremely clean, cozy & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist Sandy. She made our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about restaurants, and activities. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Sandy for going just that little step extra for the guests!!! We will definitely be back SOON!!

We thought we’d get a buffet breakfast but we’re told the owners decided not to offer breakfast until next month. I don’t remember if it was mentioned on their website, but there’s not an elevator.

Hotel is in a convenient area for going on the ferry. Balconies are not very private. Staff is wonderful. Hotel offers free coffee, hot chocolate all day.
