"My husband and I needed a place for one night near Wellsboro and found this place. Rough Cut Lodge was so nice. We stayed across the road from the main lodge area in a suite and loved it.Comfy king bed, kitchen area and sitting area were all great. Nice porch that you can watch for wildlife. So nice. "We had an amazing weekend stay here! The host even had cute fall decorations out adding to the charm. Very pet friendly—-the gates on the deck and ability for our well behaved dog to be off leash were great perks. The cabin is well stocked with games and anything else you would need. My boyfriend enjoyed cooking burgers on the grill. Wonderful star gazing and the place is surrounded by orchards! So much to do in a small town. Adjacent to hiking and Gettysburg.
