We enjoyed the expansive patio, and my boys enjoyed throwing football on the lawn. My kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. The beach is incredible, and we loved how quiet and uncrowded it was in front of Villa Renaissance, especially compared to how crowded it was in front of some of the larger resorts a few doors down. “From my first inquiry about the property, Margarita was very quick with her responses. She was excellent to work with.The location is wonderful. The grocery store, shops and restaurants are a short walk away.The very best part is the beach in front of Villa Renaissance. It is absolutely gorgeous. The view from the patio is exactly as magnificent as the picture online. There were always chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. I highly recommend this condo. ”

Property itself is immaculate. The penthouse has a gorgeous view of the ocean and a table to have meals should you want to use the full kitchen to cook. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the space is very quiet even though it is walking distance to the main shopping area.”
