"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is laid out nicely and it’s very easy to get around. In regards to location, you can’t get any more central to all - stores, restaurants, and snorkelling. They are updating their pool/bar area which is slotted for September - Dec ‘24 which should help keep it in line with the newer resorts."

"Windsong on the Reef was terrific. Not a huge property so it was nice to not feel crowded like some of the other resorts. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Water Boys were also nice and fun to talk to. Our oceanfront suite was very large and open and was updated. I would definitely return to this property. "

"This is one of the best deals in the area. Cost is incredible compared to neighboring sites, a third of the cost of other resorts, Very easy walking distance to the beach and right behind the Ritz Carlton and Seven stars resorts. The facility itself did not have many eating options, but there were plenty near by. Grocery store is also very close and easily walkable, which was so helpful since we got a room with a full kitchen. Helps save on going out to eat. My biggest complaint are the beach...

"We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Shore Club. This resort was elegant and relaxing with breath taking views. The staff was amazing and very helpful with even small requests. Our room was private and luxurious and very quiet. The grounds were extremely well done with multiple scenic pools and a hot tub on the beach. The free buffet breakfast in the courtyard was excellent and a great way to start the day. We travel alot and this was one of the most well run hotels I've seen in a long time....

"Narvy was our concierge and he was wonderful. We had a great housekeeper during our time at the resort. We had a king suite villa. The rooms were spacious and even had a washer dryer. We had a wonderful ocean view and were right on the beach. I had several great spa services. The small boutique on the property had some nice things as well. "Beautiful view, clean and updated hotel. Our unit was right in front of the pool and sometime there were loud noises early morning or late night. The hotel management needs to do a better job enforcing quiet hours so guests nearby pool area can enjoy serenity. We woke up one morning at 6 in morning by a patron splashing in the swimming pool and when I informed the security guard, he did nothing to prevent the loud disturbance. "

"Point Grace was the perfect spot for our family vacation! Our teenage children loved the water sports options and the free buffet breakfast every day was amazing. The oceanfront 2 bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend the hotel to anyone and hope to return ourselves someday!"

"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are...

"The resort is on the far side of the island but absolutely worth the drive. The beach is beautiful and the property is very well kept. The pool was great in the evenings before finishing the night by stargazing in the beach. Unit was spacious and clean and host was very responsive. I recommend swimming out to the buoy to snorkel the coral reef!"

"My husband and I stayed here for a week celebrating our 30th Anniversary. It was a beautiful spot with a gorgeous view of Grace Bay. We were able to purchase a few groceries at the market and the room had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast everyday to enjoy out on our deck. There was also a cooler bag in the room which we used to pack our snacks for the day as we explored the island. The view on the deck was spectacular! We were also left a lovely bottle of vino for our Anniversary...

"The location of this property on Silly Creek provided absolutely beautiful views. We used the kayaks multiple times and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Taylor Bay is very close and the shallow and clear waters were perfect. The property manager and owners were extremely easy to communicate with and provided helpful tips in advance. We’re very happy we decided to stay on this side of the island."
