“The room did not come with a desk. When I mentioned I could use one, the manager purchased one and set it up!!! You won’t find a friendlier or more helpful staff. The room was huge and kept in top shape. AC was cool and the shower was hot:) Views were very “beautiful!”

“Vi hade inga förväntningar ang detta boende och blev glatt överraskade av mycket trevlig personal. En dam kom och gjorde frukost kl 0900 varje dag och hon var fantastisk också. Rummen har en del att önska men sängarna var mycket sköna. Tyvärr luktade lite sunket/mögel i rummet men där fanns avfuktare. Då kylskåpet var gammalt och läckte både kondensvatten och kyla förklarade jag det för ägaren och hon köpte ett nytt meddetsamma. Duschens vatten rann tyvärr fel håll och då samlades mycket vatten……

“I gather my understanding of the description of what this unit actually is was incorrect. This is merely an apartment unit. It’s not a resort or hotel. It does not have any hotel amenities. There’s access to the beach, but there’s no beach beds. There’s no common pool. Or fitness facility. No restaurant on site. For the price we paid I expect a bit more. “ The property is well-maintained and offers a stunning view. The staff are very friendly and responsive, always making sure we felt comfortable. The area is a bit quiet, which is nice, but transportation is limited if you don’t rent a car. Breakfast was very good, and overall the service was excellent. “Stunning View Had a fantastic 9 night stay and loved every minute. The villa suite was huge, comfortable and well equipped and it has the most gorgeous sea and coast views. We had a floating breakfast in the infinity pool and massages in the garden and it all felt magical. The Blue Mango team were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble including taking us to the airport at 6 on the morning! An ideal place to stay if you want a tranquil and peaceful holiday. ”

"We just came back from Hyatt Regency Samui after a 6 nights trip. Honestly, it was a disappointment. We are a family of 4, with 2 under 5s, and we visit at least to one tropical destinations in asia per year. Hyatt Regency Samui does not worth the room rate, with the same amount of money, I can get much better hospitality in Bali or Malaysia. Communication: It feels saff do not fully understand our instructions, the replies on customer service is slow and usually does not solve our problems. In 2026, a lot of these tropical destinations we visited are supported with great communication tools such as in house APP or Whatsapp for instant replies. This hotel does not meet the usual standard. It feels requests are lost in translations. Service: We expected a 5 star service witht the money we paid, we were disappointment the first hour we checked in. It is more like family oriented resort minus the 5 star service. Especially during breakfast buffet, it was rather chaotic and waiting time is long. Food: Our room included breakfasts, but the quality kf food was yet another disappointment. Eggs are hard and tasteless, buffet lacked of variety, fruits are of limited choice too. At 9:30, they ran out of uoung coconuts one day. Thai green curry was with grilled chicken :( Room service portion was small Kids Club: We booked resorts with kids club so our kids can meet new friends and us parents can relax. Staff are so "relaxed" it felt they weren't communicated with the children."
