Changchun Castle Hotels

"Good hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was not good though!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast buffet. My only point of improvement is that the croissants had a weird taste and smell of mutton or goat butter."

"Great staff, good room and excellent breakfast."

"Well managed and convenient."

"The front desk has been extremely helpful. I had problem with my phone at the last minute and I couldn’t call a taxi. Miss Yang who works at the front desk was able to get one for me as I was late to my 20 years school reunion. Kind enough to take pictures for my friends and I when we came straight back to the hotel afterwards. Rooms are extremely clean. We had an amazing view from our room. My grandpa loved the hotel so much that we went back and stayed a couple of more nights . "

"Clean, new, modern, great staff. Great price"

"Hôtel bien situé dans le centre-ville de Changchun. La chambre exécutive est spacieuse avec un très grand lit confortable et un grand salon. C’est propre et bien aménagé. Le petit déjeuner en self-service est copieux, servi dans une grande salle spacieuse et dispose d’un coin jeux pour les enfants ! L’hôtel a une salle de gym très bien équipée avec une piscine intérieure très agréable pour se détendre. Juste un petit bémol pour le personnel à l’accueil qui ne sait pas trop donner des...

"Great place to stay at,clean and tidy, love the laundry machine and trying machine at the laundry room."

"깨끗하고 정갈한 호텔입니다. 아침식사도 좋았습니다."

"All stuff’s attitude is super nice , while the room is not very clean that there is thick dust on bed head and dirties on the tiles in kitchen. The water of shower room is leaking out thru the door. The water heating machine is not working, have to call technician to turn it on manually. "

"Luxurious rooms and excellent service. Very good breakfast for any taste. Recommended"

"A clean hotel with safe and well-equipped rooms. Whenever I go on a business trip to Changchun, I don't waste time looking for a hotel! I love this hotel. :)"

"The room service was excellent. However, the cooking and laundry facilities were not as good as I expected. The breakfast buffet was average."

"The hotel was very close -less than 5 minute walk- from the ChangChun Metro Line 2 NanKwan Station so it was very good for guests to make access to most tour points. But most staffs didn't seem to know how to do their work. I made the reservation and paid all including breakfasts in Korea 13 days before the arrival at the hotel. Just after check-in, I entered the room on the 12th floor and began to unpack, when a staff came up, knocked the door and asked whether I paid expenses. I answered I...
