“Bed was a full not a queen. Room stank of marijuana. Bed was an extremely worn out box spring that collapsed towards the middle. There were two twin beds in the closets we used instead but there was no spare bedding or linens in the place. The only soap in the place was a hand soap. Nothing for showers. Only two towels. If you wanted to wash your hair or something you were out of luck. The only dresser or place to put things was broken with a sign saying not to touch it. We almost left……

“We were extremely disappointed with our stay. No towels were provided in the bath area or kitchen. We were unable to take a shower, wash our face, or dry our hands. The original listing said there was laundry available…then on me contacting the host, she changed the listing. The dishes and silverware in the kitchen were dirty. There was unsecured medication in the kitchen. The refrigerator was half full of open food and leftovers. There were no top sheets on the bed…only a bottom sheet and a……

“Great place. Clean and spacious”

“Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. ”

“I canceled my booking with in 1 hour of making the booking. it was not the location I wanted. it showed refundable but when I tried to get my money back I spent days and hours on the phone with Expedia and the host. the charge was definitely from the host but they refused to admit they charged me. I waited for 7 business days and then Expedia gave me the go ahead to dispute the charge. I will never book with them again and their customer service is terrible.”

“This place was really clean and welcoming! The host was very responsive and accommodating. There are two parking spaces in the garage. My family of 8 were so excited about the place. They felt safe and at home. Plenty of space for a big family. I would love to stay here again! We had booked another place and it was so bad!! This was way better than the opposite!!
