Ken was an excellent communicator. About a 45 minute drive from Fayetteville, 10 of it on “mountain roads” Would suggest a car with sturdy tires. “This property was just as it was described. Very clean, comfortable and overall just adorable. We enjoyed the coffee shop just a few blocks from the house. We felt safe and enjoyed watching a few folks walking around. Visited all the wineries. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Exceeded expectations! Communications were excellent and check in was a breeze. The Lily Pad was as VERY clean and the kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfortable and the furniture as well. Not your typical guest rental furnishings.Great location in the middle of Ft Smith on a quiet street. Recommend 10/10.”
