“In the states we would call this a motel. The staff was AMAZING but the facilities are just very worn and outdated. My friends shower curtain fell down. My arm chair in my room had a very bad odor.”

“This is a property to avoid booking. There is loads of potential but they are unable to execute or provide a comfortable stay. We experienced multiple issues at this property, including air conditioning not working; staff did not clean out room despite multiple requests; we had to beg for fresh towels at reception; the middle-aged woman receptionist and manager dismissive and deceitful. The younger staff seemed confused and inept. The only helpful person we encountered was the night repair man.……
