  • Este bungalow de principios del siglo XX ha sido magistralmente renovado alrededor de 2016.
    El concepto abierto con luz natural, techos abovedados y arte que es evidente en la rústica escalera de madera y hierro es una mezcla de diseño contemporáneo y tradicional.
    Venga a disfrutar de esta casa cómoda y encantadora, totalmente amueblada con todas las comodidades de su hogar.
    Disfrute del gran patio al aire libre, el café perfecto de la mañana o St. Elmo noches con amigos. Un espacio verde adyacente donde puede caminar, jugar al frisbee o participar en otras actividades al aire libre con niños de todas las edades.
    El parque St Elmo está a dos cuadras y puedes caminar o andar en bicicleta por el centro de St Elmo (en el nuevo carril para peatones / bicicletas, justo afuera de la puerta de la casa). Donde tenga abundantes restaurantes locales o pueda subir a Lookout Mt en The Incline Railway. Consiga un helado en MsTs o continúe por el centro de Chattanooga en la avenida River Front.

Great place to have a sibling weekend! Used the backyard a lot in the evenings, quiet and nice seating area. Location was great for many of the attractions we visited.

My stay was lovely! As of 7/23/26, I would recommend bringing your own hair dryer and pepper grinder. The hair dryer barely blew air and the there was no way to dispense the whole pepper corns that they had in in the cabinet. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Seven adults fit fairly well in this cottage, although I would recommend loft area for younger people. Overall the place is well designed and aesthetically pleasing. There was a comfortable area in back that worked well for a family lunch after graduation ceremony.

I was amazed at the renovation of this older property. They did a great job of giving it a modern look and feel throughout. The kitchen was well furnished as was the rest of the home. I also liked the local area. The management did a great job of ensuring that we would have a pleasant stay.

Very clean, well stocked house in quiet, friendly neighborhood. Comfortable beds and pillows with nice linens. Clean shower with lots of hot water and good water pressure. Lots of big, fluffy towels. Great location being close to Rock City, Ruby Falls & about 10 min to Chattanooga riverfront. Good communication with you host. We enjoyed rocking on the front porch swing and were greeted by the locals walking by. We'd love to rent again when we return to the area.

We had a fantastic time! The art deco vibe throughout the home is gorgeous, and the outdoor fire area was a highlight, super convenient to have the propane tanks ready for us. The home very very clean and welcoming. Great location so close to Rock City & Ruby Falls. The kids also loved the cute loft with the unique spiral staircase, though the small attic doors up there were a bit "creepy" for them (one slept on the couch instead!). Adding locks to those doors would be a perfect fix. Otherwise, an amazing stay and we’d definitely return and recommend to anyone checking it out!

Beautiful Bungalow

This was an awesome place to stay. Clean and tidy, great location as well close to everything. Property manager was always available. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here if visiting Chattanooga.
