The location of the apartment is a village directly on the forest, not far from attractions such as the castle Augustusburg, the baroque palace Lichtenwalde or the Klein-Erzgebirge in Oederan. A bus stop is 50m away (Chemnitz-Bergeshöh), by car to the city center / opera / main station is 20 minutes.

Hübsche, praktische FeWo zum wohl fühlen
Super ausgestattet, Küche mit bester Ausstattung, TV, Stereoanlage, WLAN, dazu sehr hünsch und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die FeWo hat einen eigenen Eingang, auch ein eigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Unsere beiden Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksame, freundliche und ungängliche Menschen, ohne aber aufdringlich zu sein. Ein wunderbares Domizil, auch zum Wandern ins Erzgebirge, nur für Flitterwochen vielleicht nicht ganz so geeignet. Dafür stehen die beiden Einzelbetten - selbst wenn zusammegerückt - etwas zu weit auseinander ;-) ..... Wir hoffen dennoch noch einmal wiederkommen zu dürfen!

Ich finde die Ferienwohnung sehr angenehm und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wobei die Zimmeraufteilung, Einrichtung und der barrierefreie Zugang, auch zum Garten sehr praktisch sind. Franz und Barbara sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Gerne komme ich im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Unterkunft in Chemintz Euba
sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe von Chemnitz. In 15 Minuten erreichen wir das Stadtzentrum von Chemnitz und alle Museen und Attraktionen. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und die Unterkunft war ein ruhiger Ort zum Verweilen.

Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen, das viele Grün um die Wohnung herum. In der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche haben wir sehr gerne gekocht. Das Bad mit Tageslichtfenster, einer großen Dusche und Badewanne ist wirklich Luxus! Ein Nachteil: die Betten sind etwas kurz und haben leider unten ein Holzteil. Wenn man die große Ritze schließt, kann man diagonaler liegen und somit klar kommen... Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder !

Wir wurden vom Gastgeberehepaar sehr freundlich empfangen und es erfolgte auch gleich eine kurze "Einweisung" in die Ferienwohnung, so daß wir uns bereits ab der ersten Minute wohlfühlten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich macht. Wöchentlich werden frisch gewaschene Hand- und Geschirrtücher in die Wohnung gelegt. Auch die Bettwäsche wird regelmäßig gewechselt, das gibt es wirklich selten. Die überdachte Terrasse und der Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Gartenmöbel und Liegestühle sind vorhanden. Ein Parkplatz direkt am Haus steht den Gästen zur Verfügung. Die Umgebung ist ideal für Wanderungen und Ausflüge ins Erzebirge oder auch ins nahgelegene Chemnitz. Zahlreiches Prospektmaterial und Wanderkarten sind in der Wohnung vorhanden, so daß man vorab schon planen kann wohin es gehen soll. Einkaufmöglichkeiten findet man im Nachbarort (4 km) und in Chemnitz oder Flöha, beides je ca. 9,5 km weit entfernt. Wir waren jedenfall sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und bedanken uns nochmals recht herzlich beim Vermieterehepaar für die freundliche Aufnahme.

Erholung pur!
In der sehr schönen, vollständig ausgestatteten, sonnige Ferienwohnung am Rande von Chemnitz habe ich jeden Tag genossen! Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter und die Abendsonne auf der überdachten Terrasse inmitten bunter Blumen haben das Urlaubserlebnis komplett gemacht. Danke und gern jederzeit wieder!
