The couple things I would say need improvement overall is staff and guest interactions. I had a vending machine eat five dollars when trying to get 2 water bottles and when I alerted the front desk clerk she said it was a third party issue and didn’t offer anything to make up for it. We also asked for a late checkout the day before we left, and we were informed we could stay one hour later until 12pm. The day we left, the cleaning staff came by right at 11 AM and asked when we would be out and then the front desk called to let us know we were past checkout time. Our room smelled like Marijuana whenever we would turn on the bathroom ventilation and every evening. We told the hotel staff and they ignored it so we just assumed it was another guest or bad ventilation. We would stay here again if we could have a room that is more central and if the staff would be more understanding when we had a concern.
