This hotel was very well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were great. It was walking distance to the night markets. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel but rooms a bit old

Good location and nice hotel in general, except that the rooms are older than we expected, old fashioned furniture and shower oxidized. The pool is good but very limited deck chairs, one family gets everything buzy! Good breakfast and restaurant. Nice outdoor space to eat or just rest.

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. It is immaculate. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and is surrounded by a healthy garden. Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast has a lot of variety for all cultures and is served at the onsite cafe. The onsite tour desk is well managed with english speaking staff. Tour prices are very reasonable. We will return

Good hotel in convenient area, Big room, good restaurant. The couch needed to be replaced, not comfortable at all. Fridays and Saturdays the place next door played VERY loud music until midnight.

The hotel is nicely decorated. Room was large and comfortable. The pool is on the smaller side but had several lounge chairs. The pool was handy to take a break from the heat.

Nice stay for a few nights

Le Naview was nicely nestled in the middle of the Old Town and easy to get to from the airport - although a few Grabs often took routes down small alleyways to get to it. We got the family room which had 2 separate rooms with 2 twin beds, 1 king, and 2 bathrooms which was perfect for our family of 4. The room itself is a little dated, and the bathrooms leave something to be desired (eg, small counter space, tight quarters, shower is not fully enclosed). But the staff are extremely helpful and were nice. And this was a nice stay for our 2 nights in Chiang Mai.

Going the extra mile

From the moment I arrived i received a warm and friendly welcome. I arrived three hours nefore check in but the reception checked me in, stored my bags and i cane back when my room was available. Food and drinks were excellent amd served with a smile.

Best location in Chiang Mai

We were 4 days and I can say that it is an excellent option to stay at Chiang May. You can go to the most important points at your visit by WALKING. Lot of restaurants and stores around, good quality massage around too. The staff is lovely and always supoorting us! We truly recomendar this place!
