This place is better than the pictures! It was clean, well stocked and the bedding has been updated since photos. We really enjoyed our stay. However, when they say it is close to the L…. It is close to the L. The train literally runs behind the house. So all day and night you can hear the rumbling of the train. Not too bad with sound machines and ear plugs but was definitely hard as a light sleeper. It doesn’t deter me from recommending this place because walking to Wrigley was amazing!!! But wanted to offer full transparency about the location backing up to the train. The neighborhood is so nice and cute and it felt really safe. The rental was large enough for my wife, me, and our two year old. The kitchen was a good size for the city and the bedrooms were comfortable. You are within walking distance from the train and you have plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. One thing to be mindful of is that you are near the train, in an apartment building, and near bars, so there will be excess noise at times. We are from the city, so it did not bother my family, but I just wanted to throw it out there in case you are not used to sleeping in the city. We would definitely rent from these guys again; they were very accommodating and great to communicate with.
