"When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have...

"You can't beat the location, the street is lovely and quiet and close to public transit, Lincoln Park, shopping, etc. The condo is small but well appointed and clean. (There wasn't soap/shampoos so pack accordingly : )). Overall a lovely place in a great location. "
