The hotel staff were sweet, friendly, and helpful, but the internet didn't work on the first floor where we were staying. The cleanliness was fine, but there was a shop across from the hotel that was supposed to be a barbershop, but it was like a bar all night, full of people playing loud music and socializing. We couldn't sleep at all during our two nights there. When we called the hotel owner, they told us to call the police, but we couldn't. They called for us, but it didn't help. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel; if you want to sleep at night, don't stay here under any circumstances

Nice clean hotel, very close to the harbor. Our room had a tiny window. Upper rooms have full windows. Breakfast is very basic. Friendly staff. Overall a good buy.

We visit this hotel from Turkiye. Before we come, we watched some youtube videos from visitors and they adviced this hotel. And we booked. Now I also advicing same hotel. It is in the center of center. 😀 family is very nice. They are helpful. Rooms are clean. Air condition works perfectly. We will visit again.

Fabulous hotel - Great location - Friendly Host

My 23 year old daughter and I stayed at the Chios City Inn for a week this September and we both HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The accommodations are comfortable and lovely. The hotel is in a very good location in the heart of Chios City. Since we stayed there for an entire week we had a fair amount of contact with the owner/manager as we came and went and they were absolutely wonderful - so very helpful in answering questions, making recommendations of things to see/do and were always friendly and willing to lend a hand. They were a big part of why our stay in Chios was so very pleasant. In addition to the beautiful room, we also appreciated that there was a drink machine in the lobby and we could get a coffee / hot chocolate / cappuccino / espresso any time of the day. If/when we visit Chios again we will absolutely stay at the Chios City Inn again.
