Simple, but clean and comfortable. The room had a good view of the port, with the interest and sounds of port activity. The hotel was close to the many restaurants, cafes and shops beside the port.

Absolutely perfect location for the ferry… only a short walk across the road. Very helpful guy in Reception helped carry my suitcase upstairs… check in was quick and easy. Room had everything you need… clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

It's hard to get past the fact that a huge ferry boat docks directly opposite the hotel every morning at 4am! It's a morning wake up call nobody asked for.....trucks, cars & people as well as the noise from the actual ferry!

Rooms are fine, location is noisy. Make sure to pay the city tax in cash.. Otherwise, the guy at the reception might try to Enlighten you with travel advice like always carry cash. Thanks smart guy.

The room that I got was not at all what I booked. The room had no windows, not to speak of a balcony that was promised. The furniture was the cheapest possible, and looked miserable. There was nothing 'boutique' in the place, contrary what its name suggests, except perhaps the idiotic slogans painted on the wall. In brief, 100 USD for that was a rip-off. But that's what visitors and foreigners are for, to be exploited, aren't they? The only positive thing was that I did not see any cockroach, contrary to what I expected.
