“The facility was brand new and super clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area and jacuzzi were immaculate. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing, the food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Breakfast had a large variety of great tasting food. The facility was off the beaten path, but worth the drive.”

“Si vous n'avez pas le choix comme nous, une nuit suffit largement. L'hôtel n'est vraiment pas un 4 étoiles mais plutôt un 2 ou 3 étoiles.
Le réceptionniste nous a fait croire que la piscine était payante pour 10€ par personne et notre fils voulait tellement y aller que nous avons cédé et payé 20€ pour lui et mon mari. J'ai trouvé ça bizarre donc le lendemain au moment de payer j'ai demandé des explications à sa collègue qui m'a certifié que ce n'était pas payant. Elle n'a pas retrouvé les deux……
“A very nice place to stay. The hotel is beautiful and clean, although I was slightly traumatized by the white carpets in the hallways. They certainly add charm, but I can only imagine how difficult it must be to keep them spotless!
My room was lovely, with a balcony and air conditioning. It faced away from the street, so it was very quiet. I even slept with the windows open and did not hear any noise during the night.
Breakfast was good, and my gluten-free request was accommodated. I……
“Listed as a “Luxury Hotel” - this is not a Luxury hotel. More a camping resort & SPA with rooms.
There are often maintenance issues in a hotel, what matters is how they are handled. I expected the below to be resolved in hours, but it took three days:
• Batteries in A/C (not actually air conditioning) remote - after asking 3 times was given the batteries out of the unit in reception.
• No shower gel in shower - asked 3 times.
Design issues:
• Shower - no shelving, everything has to go on……
