"Property is well maintained and the sauna is amazing !!! Just very relaxing. I was also pleasantly surprised by the dinner selection for dinner. However, it is hard to get any information about the hotel prior to coming to the hotel. Most of the staff speaks english but minimial and basic. "

The service in English is more than appreciated and their extra attention did not go unnoticed. They took in an important delivery for me before my check in and kept it safe until I arrived. I also ended up losing my phone in Suzuka, and they took the time to call the restaurant for me to relocate it. I can’t thank them enough for their help and amazing service. "The room and facilities were clean, sleek, stylish, and upscale. Service in the hotel and restaurant was a little cold, not as welcoming as other experiences. Onsen doesn't allow tattoos, which was disappointing after staying at many other wonderful hotels that had no issue with tattoos. But the highlight was the breakfast. Honestly this was the best food of our entire visit to Japan. Gourmet, seafood-centric boxes filled with absolute deliciousness. "
