"Bellissima esperienza, ci siamo sentiti a casa. L’hotel seppur piccolo è molto accogliente e ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. C’è la possibilità di riservare per 1 ora una sauna/onsen privata, bellissimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente. Se devo trovare un punto sfavorevole è il rumore che si sente degli altri ospiti. "管理人のお兄さんの対応は★5です。事前の電話でも施設のことを丁寧に教えていただいたり、子どもにも優しく笑顔で接して下さいます。施設自体は清潔感もあり、トイレなども臭いもなく綺麗にされています。調理棟も綺麗です。ただ、仕方の無いことですが室内のカメムシがあまりにも多すぎる…キャンプなので多少の虫は理解していますが、夜にチェックインしてから就寝までに10匹以上自分で獲って外に追い出してを繰り返し大変でした…。あとは、他の宿泊客が深夜2時過ぎまで屋外の広場で卓球をして盛り上がっており声がうるさく、深夜に何度も起こされました。管理人に確認するとこの施設には消灯時間の決まりがなく、屋外の卓球スペースも24時間利用可能とのことでした。さすがに利用時間を22時までなど制限した方が良いのでは、と思いました。スタッフさんは満点ですが、施設には少し不安点がありました。"

Compared to other places we stayed cluttered with not quite the same and amenities. The owner was very helpful when we got stuck in snow bank during a snowstorm via messages. "I recently stayed at Nikko Style. Check-in was smooth, as an English-speaking staff member was available. The room was spacious, the TV was easy to connect to my laptop, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a slight moldy smell, but I relaxed in the tub, which was quite deep and low (Western-style), for longer than planned because it was so nice. I slept very well. It was quiet and peaceful. The entire hotel is non-smoking, which is perfect. The breakfast buffet is somewhat unique. You choose a main entrée, and the other items are supplementary. I found the food very well presented and delicious. I wanted a luxurious experience at a reasonable price, and I felt I achieved it here!"
