Cozy 1 bedroom apartment near Anchorage

We are hosting a spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful 2.5 acre property. You have access to the entire apartment with a private entrance. This property is easily accessible, 30 minutes North of Anchorage and 30 minutes South from the MatSu Valley , just far enough to be out of the city, but still close to many amenities and excellent outdoor opportunities including hiking, kayaking, and sightseeing.

Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it, gather used towels and put them in the basket in laundry room, you may take out the trash, but we can to do that when we come in to clean and tidy up.
Secure the apartment by closing and locking all windows, shut and lock the door (press the lock button on the keypad).
