"The location was great, we enjoyed Bacalar and other activities close by. The host responded quickly when we asked for a different coffee pot. The beds were comfortable the showers were great and my grandkids enjoyed the pool in the evenings.We would have enjoyed more water with 5 people for 5 days it wasn’t enough. The AC is only in the bedrooms and if you cook they will not cool the kitchen. Overall we felt very safe and if I wasn’t going to cook much I would love to rent again.
