"Nice property with friendly staff!"

"Food was awesome , the specialty restaurants food is amazing , staff is great, rooms are super clean. Ambience in the day was great however at night after the show in the theater there was not much to do but sit at the lobby bar which has plenty of seating areas and just mingle or go to the lounge bar which also has plenty of seating areas and a pool table and TVs but no loud music it’s not a club lounge type. Overall it’s a great resort . "

"I really liked the property except for one thing. The beach was not on property . We had to ride on a small shuttle somewhere else if you wanted to go. Once you got there the beach had so much sargassum that you couldn't go in it. no one was cleaning it. There were two pools there that you could use but you had to pay 300 dollars to use them. Not ok if you had paid for an all inclusive package."

"Food was great customer service too!! Pool, beach are gorgeous only thing I would improve would be the rooms the are too outdated. There is not enough outlets to charge devices."
