“Let’s start off by, we entered the room and there was a bug on the bed, someone’s weave behind the dresser, and a cockroach crawling up the door. The room strongly smelled of wet mildew, the bathtub was peeling to pieces which did not drain properly. Within 10 minutes of receiving my hotel key I asked for a refund refusing to stay where bugs were in the room. The front desk lady was not willing to refund or try to make it right. The office reeks of cigarette smoke. Even for a quick stop to……

“Terrible checkout. Due to miscommunication we were called liars by owner and treated with terrible customer service. We apologized SEVERAL times for mix up. We were then charged an extra $200 for an hour and half late check out. Book at your own risk !!”
