late check out has a charge which was a little of a bummer since I have stayed here many times. booked a suite and the closet door fell on the floor. Bar closed at 9p, whne stated was open until 12

Been in better rooms from the Autograph properties TBH. The window had only a sky roof and no window, which wasn't out first choice.

We had a very calm and quiet stay. But the MATTRESS was horrible. It had deep dips and felt like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Everyone was very courteous and welcoming. The lobby area is decorated beautifully for Christmas.
