"The hotel was better than i expected. Having 2 family rooms to accommodate the family doing the storm was a great experience. Good vibes, safety and security at the entrance was excellent. The rooms are a little outdated but its well worth the stay and price. I will be booking here again. Excellent view as well. Great attitude from the entire staff. One of my favorite location in Pampanga."

"Bad area for a hotel. The staff was friendly but they don’t offer much in amenities. There is no elevator or people to help with bags and they don’t tidy up the room unless you request it. I paid for breakfast but two days they had morning events and we were unable to eat. Not a good experience. Never again "

"I cannot say enough good things about Clover Hotel! After a long 19-hour flight, all I wanted was a comfortable, hassle-free stay and Clover absolutely delivered. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were warm, kind, and accommodating, making me feel instantly at home. My room was spotless, well-prepared, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed: clean drinking water, perfectly working air conditioning, and a cozy, restful bed. The bathroom was immaculate with strong water flow and all the essentials ready to use. Even the little details, like fresh slippers and working remotes, were taken care of. "Upon checking in, I decided to check out, It was filthy dirty, light switches were sticky with hand prints, floor was with loose hair everywhere, bed linens were stained like they were not changed, the couch was visibly stained and with roach droppings, the fridge was moldy, bathroom was disgustingly dirty, I didn’t wanna touch anything. The room stinks, I informed the front desk that I wanna cancel my reservation but they moved me to 2 different rooms that were just worse than the first one. They said it was non smoking but the whole hall way and room was reaking with cigarette stench. I talked to customer service, They held us saying we can’t leave hotel until they made their decision, we were supposed to stay for 8days, and I can’t stay in this filthy hotel. 8 days ended but up to this moment the customer service kept saying they haven’t had any response from the homeowner. The worse service I have ever had in my life. Front desk or the manager never said sorry nor checked on us. I also found out that they charged us more than double the original price of the room because we booked from USA. There’s still a lot more to complain but just saying everything, re lives the moment of frustration talking to the staff and customer service. It was a total night mare. Do yourself a favor, This hotel is a total trash. If I can give a 0 rating I would. "

"Nice space if your the only guest booked in. But the place will seems to be a bit crowded if the place will have another 3 to 4 guests booked in. Its a good thing we are the only guest time that's why we enjoyed the place. Not to mention the owner and the caretaker is very nice too."
