Hotel Conquistador Inn By US Consulate
The hotel is okay, however the reservation was for 2 pm we arrive and the room was not ready. The cleaning person didn't show up the next day. The painting is damage all coming out. For some reason water stinks.

The whole staff are kind, friendly people The only observation i would like to make is about the everyday of the room’s cleaning: my family and I stayed seven days, they never vacuumed the carpet, they never cleaned- washed the bathroom ...

ibis Juarez Consulado
Only 2-3 staff were really nice the rest were type rude. Only positive things was that the hotel was close to the American consulate.
