“We enjoyed our week at Summer Knights. The house was immaculately clean! Very important to me as I usually feel the need to clean if it looks dirty, but not this house.. it was sparkling clean!! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable couch and beds. Our children age 3 and 5 loved the toys, especially the tent and camping toys, Legos, magnetic board, and bubbles. There were also some art supplies, coloring books, card games like memory and go fish. We appreciated the……

“Beach Box I is perfect for a couple’s retreat. The unit had a fantastic view of the ocean. It was very clean, well furnished and had even thoughtful touches (like extra phone chargers). It is in walkable distance of many restaurants. We had a great time and would rent this property again! ”

“Be sure to read about the place, I accidentally read it wrong and thought everything was included. Make sure you pack sheets and towels!!! I met the owner before we checked out and he was absolutely amazing!! Would totally stay here again, the lighting in the bathroom and the small selection of kitchen pans (I love cooking) is would be the only things I would not like. Overall 5/5!”

The house was spotless, we were able to check in a little early, and we found lots of little things to make our stay even better (plenty of Tupperware, laundry detergent, beach chairs, a solid ice maker, great (hot!) water pressure, and more). “Everything was fine but key was not were we where told it would be but unit was unlocked. Found key in the kitchen.Call host three time but near got through and she didn’t return calls. First to find out were key was last two to see what we should do with key because it wouldn’t fit to box. Finally left key in kitchen and door unlocked. Called host, again no answer to tell her unit was unlocked and key was in kitchen were we found it.”
