Nice hotel but your staff needs more training

The front desk staff was really nice and accommodating. Our unpleasant experience was while having breakfast - the attendant was rude, chewing gum and constantly at us while we were eating. We felt that we couldn’t enjoy breakfast. Such a shame.

No invoice if you book by hotels.Com

Good hotel. My problem is that I have not received one invoice for the amount paid. The hotel said that can not release the invoice to me for the full amount and I have to ask hotels. Com to provide me one. Until now I have not been able the get the invoice from the website or from the mobile application.

Nice hotel in Cluj(Transylvania)

Good value

The hotel is clean and comfortable and very good value for money. The only downside is that it is a long walk into the old town and the tourist sites. We walked down and caught the bus back which very easy to do.

Lugnt hotell

Ett väldigt rent hotell med rena dofter. Det ligger 3 km från city o tar ca 10 minuter med taxi och kostar mellan 10-15 lei=ca 20-30kr. Inte så många gäster under frukosten. Första morgonen var vi själva och de andra 4 morgnarna kanske det var 3-4 par till. Sängarna var väldigt hårda och det var lyhört, men annars komforta rum. Det blev strömavbrott vid 2-3 tillfällen och de hade problem med wi FI under 2 av våra 4 dagar.

Great little place to stay

One night stay in a great location. Great hotel for price. Breakfast buffet was very good. Rooms were very large with sleeping space in two different rooms. The staff was very helpful.
