A little noisy being on the main road but that is expected. Showers were hot, bed comfortable, wifi spasmodic but it was a very wet night but unfortunately, and the reason I marked the place down, there was no milk in the room to make tea and coffee which they had advertised was available in the room and also, even though i had spoken with them before 8pm, I was not advised that breakfast had to be ordered before 8pm and i arrived a few minutes after 8pm! The tariff of $188 per night, as it was Valentine’s eve, was truly excessive. The room was clean at least although items were still left in the recycle bin. Noisy plumbing, cracked ancient shower screen and cracked stained tiles in the shower. However the air conditioning did not cool. In a climate like Coffs that is a must. One night I have to get up & rinse off just to be able to sleep. Also a change in Victoria's Covid rules meant we had to hurry away 2 nights early, the hotel would not refund us. The reception was dirty. My room was dirty the carpet looks like it out of a cattle truck. It’s a terrible place to stay really low budget feel.
