We’re ideally located near scenic hiking trails, the Bear and American Rivers, and Rollins Lake. Winter sports enthusiasts will love that we’re just a 40-minute drive to the slopes—yet at 2,500 feet, we’re below the snow line for year-round accessibility. The historic train-stop town of Colfax is only 5 minutes away, and the vibrant communities of Auburn and Grass Valley are nearby, offering great restaurants, unique shops, and local charm.

Inside, this custom-built home is designed for relaxation and connection. The top floor features an open living and kitchen area with a spacious deck—perfect for morning coffee, evening sunsets, or stargazing.
