“I love when property owners understand it is more than just the basics like having a clean place and comfortable bed (which they more than delivered), the additional attention to detail is what will make this a place you will return to if visiting the West Glacier area. “The location is absolutely unbeatable. We planned on spending all day every day in the park and it was so easy to get into the park before 7 (since we missed getting reservations). The cabin is such a great place to unplug. I think my only “wish” would be to have a washer and dryer in unit because we were disgusting after hiking in pop up thunderstorms but our host provided ALL the information we needed to find a laundromat. She gave us so much amazing information to cover any possible questions……

"Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money. After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
